L10 Construction was founded in 2013 on over a decade of construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, drywall and woodworking experience. CEO and owner, Spencer Lio, humbly presents years of wisdom and expertise to his customers, having apprenticed under independent construction masters in Chicago. Now residing in Colorado Springs, L10 Construction seeks to serve the neighboring communities of Monument, Fountain, Woodland Park, Black Forest and other various neighborhoods and subdivisions of Colorado Springs in providing excellent service for all their construction and remodeling needs.
